Steve Ehrlich, President and member of the Board of Managers, has a 20+ year career in the software industry, spending most of his time in executive roles building high-growth companies. After starting his career at in the Chicago area with Pansophic Systems, Mr. Ehrlich joined Software Artistry, an Indianapolis-based startup, in 1991 as the company’s VP of Client Services. During his seven years with the firm, he helped lead it through a successful IPO in 1995 and eventual sale to IBM in 1998. Mr. Ehrlich joined Aprimo, the market leading provider of enterprise marketing and resource management software, shortly after it was founded in 1998 where he served as the company’s SVP of Operations and helped establish several key areas of the company during its first five years. Aprimo has recently filed its S-1 with the SEC. In 2004, Mr. Ehrlich joined Autobase as its VP of Operations where he led all product development and service delivery functions in the company when it was sold to Dominion Enterprises in mid-2007.
Mark A. Boxberger, Vice President, Client Services brings over 24 years of management experience to PolicyStat including executive roles with several rapidly expanding software companies. Most recently, he was a VP with Indianapolis based ExactTarget. Prior to that, he managed a Global support and services organization for Interactive Intelligence with teams in North America, Europe, Australia and SE Asia. Mr. Boxberger also managed a 100 person product development and support site for Peregrine Systems and spent several years prior with IBM as a second-line manager with teams in Austin, TX and Indianapolis. Mr. Boxberger's passion for technology and service extends beyond the workplace into the community. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the TechPoint Foundation serving on the executive committee. Mr. Boxberger joined the Company in October, 2009.
Rob Vaughan, Vice President of Business Development, has a 20+ year career in the software industry with primary responsibilities in the Sales, Sales Management and Business Development area. He has spent the bulk of these years with smaller technology company's helping them map out and execute on their future growth strategies. Prior to joining PolicyStat, Mr. Vaughan was the Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Services for New York based SelectMinds. Vaughan also held the Vice President of Worldwide Business Development position for Performance Assessment Network (pan), a human capital management technology provider of online testing, assessment and applicant tracking systems, Vice President, Sales and Field Marketing at Taleo, a leading provider of talent management solutions and other top positions with market leaders Cisco Systems and Parametric Technology Corporation. Mr. Vaughan joined the Company in August, 2009.
