Capture and Cleanse

After the initial consultation and planning is complete, PolicyStat’s implementation services team kicks into gear, capturing and cleansing your documents so they are ready to go live. All you have to do is send them to us in a zipped folder, and we will import them into the PolicyStat system, format them and double-check that they are accurate. As our team individually goes through every single policy, they set metadata such as author, expiration period and approval workflow so that when they go live, you don’t have to worry about a thing.
