PolicyStat is an Indianapolis based technology start up that has recently secured funding for growth in all areas of our business. We provide a state of the art Policy and Procedure Lifecycle Solution for the healthcare community. We have been in business since 2006 and have an expanding customer base.
We have a potential opening for a highly motivated Marketing person to manage all company marketing initiatives. The candidate will develop an overall strategy for demand generation initiatives and will test direct and indirect marketing tactics to help build the sales funnel.
Success in this position will require the ability to take initiative, meet targets and deadlines and help increase revenues.
This role isn’t for everyone. We are looking for the self-starters that have an entrepreneurial spirit. Our compensation plan will be based on experience and will largely be success driven. If you want to make more money, our compensation model will allow you to do that. It is entirely up to you.
Requirements:
Energy, enthusiasm, conviction and persistence
Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that maximizes revenue
Partner with our web site person to maximize web leads and interest
Continually searching for new creative ways to increase market awareness
