Inside Sales/Business Development
PolicyStat is an Indianapolis based technology start up that has recently secured funding for growth in all areas of our business. We provide a state of the art Policy and Procedure Lifecycle Solution for the healthcare community. We have been in business since 2006 and have an expanding customer base.
We have a potential opening for a highly motivated Inside Sales Rep./Business Development Rep. to drive new business. This is NOT an account management role this is for HUNTERS only.
Your role will be secure meetings where we demonstrate our solution over the web. We currently have one person doing this part time with great success. We are averaging four to five new demonstrations a week.
This role isn’t for everyone. We are looking for the self-starters that have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to “work the phones.” Our compensation plan will be based on experience and will largely be success driven. If you want to make more money, our compensation model will allow you to do that. It is entirely up to you.
Requirements:
Energy, enthusiasm, conviction and persistence
Excellent telephone skills and be technology savvy
Have a proven track record with successful telephone sales
Well organized
Be able to handle objections and get past gatekeepers
